OFFICIAL RULES — “10,000TH PASSENGER CELEBRATION GIVEAWAY”

ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of Tennessee, age 18 or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Denver Air Connection or their affiliates, subsidiaries, or advertising partners are not eligible.
Void outside Tennessee and where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter the Giveaway:

A. Paid Entry:
Every valid Denver Air Connection passenger traveling to or from Jackson Regional Airport (MKL) during the Promotion Period automatically counts as one entry.

B. Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address (if available) on a plain 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope to:

All mail-in entries must be received before the 10,000th Denver Air Connection passenger travels to or from Jackson Regional Airport (MKL). Each mailed entry must be submitted individually; multiple entries in a single envelope will not be accepted.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day.
All eligible paid and mail-in entries have an equal chance of winning.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on November 15, 2025, and continues until the day the 10,000th Denver Air Connection passenger (since 1/1/25) travels to or from Jackson Regional Airport (MKL).

When that milestone is reached, a random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries (both paid and mail-in) to select one (1) winner.

SELECTION OF WINNER

After verification of the 10,000th passenger, Jackson Regional Airport and/or Denver Air Connection will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries to determine the winner.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.

ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.

PRIZE

The winner will receive:

A Year of Free Travel on Denver Air Connection!

Twelve (12) round-trip vouchers valid for travel between Jackson, TN (MKL) and either Atlanta, GA (ATL) or Chicago, IL (ORD).

All 12 vouchers must be used within one (1) year from the date of issuance.
Each voucher is valid for one passenger round-trip itinerary only.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Based on average monthly fare.
No cash equivalent or substitution permitted.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize, and for any required tax reporting.

MAIL-IN DISCLAIMER

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due mail, or for entries delayed or lost due to postal service issues.
Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.
All mail-in entries must be received prior to the 10,000th passenger milestone to qualify.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be contacted directly by Jackson Regional Airport and/or Denver Air Connection using the contact information provided at entry.

Jackson Regional Airport and/or Denver Air Connection will never ask for payment, passwords, or financial information.
Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Jackson Regional Airport & Denver Air Connection may use their name, likeness, and hometown for publicity and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

GENERAL TERMS

All entries become the property of the Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if technical issues or unforeseen circumstances compromise its integrity.

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
